Libra New Moon Power Essential Oil Blend:

This can be used as a diffuser blend, to anoint candles that you will use during the new moon this month, or combined with a carrier oil and worn on your skin to capture the power of Libra during the three days of the New Moon cycle (the day the New Moon appears and the two days following).

• 3 drops Clary Sage
• 2 drops Frankincense
• 3 drops Petitgrain
• 2 drops Blue Tansy

If you use this to anoint yourself be sure that you dilute 3 drops of the essential oil blend with one teaspoon of desired carrier oil (sweet almond, grapeseed, jojoba, or coconut are good skin choices).  If you are allergic to any of these essential oils then only use the blend to anoint candles or other sacred objects you will be using during the New Moon phase.
